| Advertising campaign
In order to promote the core values of safe routes to school, namely the promotion of sustainable transport choice and road safety, it was decided that a competition ,open to all children in Hackney, to design posters would be the best course of action.
The project was co-ordinated by a group of GCSE Business studies students with the help of a Marketing / media consultant, Sainsbury's kindly providing bikes as prizes and hopefully advertising sponsorship from the TFL or advertising providers will be secured for the finished posters.
There were basically three phases to the project which ran over three terms.
Phase 1 - Design of promotional posters for competition Phase 2 - Launch and distribution Phase 3 - Judging and enhancing
